Application form

Before applying, please review the full call and confirm that your project meets the eligibility and submission requirements. Once submitted, applications cannot be revised.

Your application should present a complete, release-ready album project of up to 75 minutes based on existing recordings. Please provide links to the complete album audio, program notes where applicable, and scores where relevant.

All links must open without a login or permission request and remain accessible throughout the jury review period.

Artistic concept

Shared links

A private link to the album (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or a similar service). Please ensure that the material can be auditioned without ads and that the original files meet the recording quality requirements outlined in the call.

Links to your album and materials

One link per line: a private link to the complete audio recordings (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or a similar service), and a shared folder with program notes, where applicable, and the biographies of the performers. Original audio files in WAV or FLAC, not MP3. Every link must open without a login and stay available until the jury has decided – links that expire after a few days cannot be reviewed.

Link to the scores (optional)

Where applicable: one link to the scores as PDF files, in a shared folder or as a download that opens without a login.

Resolution of the recordings

Declarations

At least 70% of the proposed album consists of recordings that have not previously been commercially released.

The recordings are complete, fully edited, and ready for mastering.
